Introducing #WhimsicalWednesdayYoga! Each and every Wednesday I’ll be dropping a 6-10 minute yoga video. Some will be follow along flows #flowithagoddess appropriate for all levels, some will be educational #yogatherapyinminutes, and some will be simply for the art of the practice #movingart.

THIS WEEK: 4 poses that will help you unwind right before bed or a nap. This is a great way to relax your mind before sleeping so you sleep with intention and mindfulness. This can help you wake up with more intention and motivation. This is appropriate for ANY level (beginner, intermediate, or never done yoga before!). You can do this on your mat or in your bed! All you need is yourself, a safe space, and a pillow or two. So excited for you all to flow with me for the first time!

NOTE: This is my first ever online yoga tutorial. Be gentle. But also be honest! I would love to be able to provide you all with better content with each and every video.
